Your Website, Done Right
Understanding your needs + vision are what matters most to us & we’ve learned how to draw out the client’s vision over the years. With our expertise in making dream websites & our collaborative process, we can deliver exactly what you’ve got in mind – we can nail the aesthetic that you want or match any look & feel that you like. We’ll work with you until the site is right with our legendary customer service.
We quote individually for each custom website with pricing beginning at $750 for simpler websites & most websites don’t exceed $1,800. Once we have a few details about your website, we can set up a call to discuss the specifics & send you a free, no obligation, itemized quote so you know just what you’re getting.

How Does It Work?
Our process goes like this:
- We’ll chat with you on the phone or in email about your website so we can understand what needs to be present on it & will provide you with an initial, verbal quote, if we’re on the phone.
- We’ll provide an itemized quote to you via email within a day of the call & you’ll have time to think about it & accept it, at which point we can begin work on your website!
- We’ll build out the website itself and will have you check it out on your devices. When you see the very first version of your website, it will be the actual website — not just a picture of it — so that you can lay eyes on the finer details that make it stand out among the rest.
- We’ll get your content on the site & you’ll have 2 revision rounds to work out the specifics on your new website. Once the site is completed, we’ll launch it for you! If you need help after that, we’re always here for you!
It depends on what you want to do. There’s an excellent writeup on common website features on G2’s website below that you really should check out. A big part of our phone call with potential website clients is to just have a conversation about the things they’re trying to achieve so we can help to identify the features their website should have.
G2 Link: 42 Must-Have Website Features
We’ve been making websites for several years and for a wide variety of clients & just to name a few, we’ve worked with:
- medical websites
- event planners
- wedding venues
- travel agents
- vacation homes
- financial planners
- childcare specialists
As much as we’d like to be able to give a firm price as quickly as possible, it’s simply not possible to do so without specific information because each website is as unique as a fingerprint, if it’s done correctly.
Here’s an example:
Let’s say that a website owner needs to be able to give real-time shipping information to an international customer base & let them know if specific products are in stock. The amount of prep work on the back end for that is far greater than a website that need only list off a service rates page & provide a way to purchase or contact the website owner, so to ensure that we’re providing the best work possible & you’re not getting surprises along the way, we quote & have a signed contract for our custom websites.
Medical websites are sometimes governed by very strict HIPAA privacy laws which require all patient data, electronic or otherwise, to be safeguarded with special controls. While there are ways to mitigate this cost by not placing patient data on the server, we understand that may not necessarily fit within a practice’s business model. HIPAA-compliant website hosting tends to be pricier than normal, shared hosting because it needs to protect the patients’ & practice’s data more tightly than routine website data.
Photographers sometimes have specific requirements for their images & any products that they may be selling. Without getting into specifics that may give away anything a client is doing, a photographer’s site could be as simple as showing examples of their work & having a contact link to see if they’re a good fit for the prospective client or it could be a complex site that requires photo album mockups, etc., that they’re able to show to their photo clients to allow them to purchase keepsakes.
At the time of writing this, our payment options include all at once for a typical website project or to use PayPal’s Pay Later option on our website, pictured below:
Larger & more complex website projects ($10k+ projects) will be performed in stages, with specific milestones needing to be met before the next payout on the project. These milestones will be based on the deliverables for that site.
Yes. We’re far more interested in improving our craft & pleasing our clients than we are in a quick payoff of any form. If you’d be more comfortable discussing things about your project with a nondisclosure agreement, we’re happy to honor that.
Yes! We’ve learned over the years to listen carefully to our web clients & provide them with the insights that we have as a result of working on hundreds of websites. We know what works & what doesn’t work, in most cases & we truly want our website clients to succeed in what they’re doing.
While we do provide guidance, we’ll always discuss everything with you first to make sure we’re on the same page, as our process is 100% collaborative and relies on open communication on both sides. We welcome any & all ideas from our clients, but if we feel that certain feedback or suggestions are not beneficial to your website as a whole, we want to let you know about those – we always have experience and information to provide in cases like this to ensure you know our reasons.

Usually, the answer will be yes, although there may be a better alternative to the platform that a client initially has in mind.
Our custom website service is intended to provide the greatest amount of flexibility, so if there are specific features that you’re hoping to use on your website, let us know so we can determine if a certain platform is better than a static HTML website, which would be the fastest option.
Yes. There are a variety of secure options available for online shops & we can even tie them in with certain other online eCommerce platforms, if need be.
Yes, we do. Most new websites fare quite well on our hosting plans but since we cap our hosting disk space at 10GB, if your website is one that will need a very large amount of storage, such as a photographer or a designer who’s working with large files, we might need to look at a different hosting solution – we recommend Liquid Web for these instances. Most new websites usually use no more than 4GB storage space.
Yep! We’re in this for the long haul, so if you think you’re going to need help after the fact just let us know so we can decide together if it’s best to set you up on a support plan or handle it on a case by case basis.
